Repeated-measures ANOVA analysis demonstrates that the amounts of
intact in situ (II), removed (R), eaten (E) and scatter-buried (B)
seeds were all significantly different among the three levels of
seed abundance (Table 1 , Fig. 1 a), but were not
significantly different between male and female rats (Table 1
), and there were no significant interactions between level of seed
abundance and sex of the rat (Table 1 ).
