Bioinformatics tools and software
The annotation and curation process involves many of the softwares
and database components that are developed by other projects and/or
developed in-house (Table 2), then seamlessly maps and links these
pieces of information with the sequenced genomic coordinates for
querying, hypothesis building and testing in potential research
The various tools we use are listed in Table 2 and some of the
analysis types and their documents are listed in Table 1.
