XPS spectra of the Zn2p3/2 level for catalysts with an atomic ratio Zn/(Zn + Cr) = 0.15 before and after the treatment with HF
The nature of the species and their amounts were obtained by
deconvolution of the XPS spectra of the mixed Zn–Cr catalysts with
a Zn/(Zn + Cr) atomic ratio of 0.15 in their oxide and
fluorinated states (Figs. 10, 11 for the regions of chromium
and zinc species respectively).
