E-cadherin staining in mouse embryonic visceral yolk sac
Description
E-cadherin (green) is observed in the apical microvilli of cells in
the endodermal layer of mouse visceral yolk sac (embryonic day
12.5). Tissue was also stained for endothelial marker PECAM-1 (red)
and nuclear marker DAPI (blue). Images of individual fluorophores
taken with a Nikon Eclipse TE300 microscope equipped with a SpotII
digital camera, and digitally combined in Photoshop CS3. Tissue
section 7µm; magnification 200x.
