Fluorescence light microscopy of a cultured mouse embryo fibroblast
stained with AlexaFluor594-labeled phalloidin to reveal actin
filaments (cyan). Nuclear autofluorescence is shown in red. Image
is taken with Eclipse 2000E microscope (Nikon) equipped with
Planapo 100×1.3 NA objective and Cascade 512B CCD camera (Roper
Scientific) driven by Metamorph imaging software (Molecular
Devices).
