Confocal image of the opening pollen sac of (Mirabilis
jalapa); pseudocolour fluorescence image. Autofluorescence of
the sample was recorded in three different channels (RGB, dye
settings: DAPI [405nm], Acridine Orange [488nm] and Alexa Fluor 546
[543nm]). Microscope: Olympus(r) FV 1000. Magnification 100x, field
width: 840µm, objective: UPLSAPO 10X. NA:0.40.
