Description
Stamen hairs of a Tradescantia flower. The cell nuclei are
clearly visible as round objects within each cell. Also visible are
strands of cytoplasm where cytoplasmic streaming is occuring in the
periphery of cells. Blue-orange colors were achieved by
differential interference contrast microscopy, 25x objective lens,
image field 1.5x2 mm.
